Shipping or Build date from dealer

Dealer told me today his system is showing ship date as 2/14. Does this actually mean the build date? Ordered 1/19 and D1 on 1/31. Nothing since then. Jeep Garage tracking does not even have a D1 date. Very frustrating as some folks seem to get very quick builds and others are left hanging. Not sure if dealer tracking system is any different from Jay ( to late to get on his spread sheet) or Jeep garage. I am quite certain this car is not shipping on the 14th.

Do they actually provide details on chat? I’ve been told the same thing for over a week, something along the lines of “Your Jeep is staged to be built and all parts are available to being the process” Sooooo, D1 then

I was in D1 for 20 days. You just have to be patient....which is hard to do..but once it started it was done in 2 days and now im in KZ.

The person I live chatted with on Jeep.com told me if it's been longer than 14 days in D1 to let them know and they will escalate it up the chain of command to someone that will find out why, or potentially get it moving.

Nope. Everytime I talked with them which was pretty much twice a day..no escalation until you hit 30 days.
