Service Transmission

I'm getting a Service Transmission on my brand new JLU Willys (236 miles). This is the third time in about a week, it seems to occur when the vehicle has sat for a few days. I checked the fuses and connections and didn't see anything obvious. I also was DISMAYED to see in my Jeep app that the vehicle had been serviced for battery and electrical system just PRIOR to my purchase...it NEVER occurred to me to ask for maintenance records on a brand new vehicle. I called Jeep Wave to report the issue and made an appointment with my local dealer on Saturday (I purchased the vehicle from another dealer about 40 miles away). Should I be able to see my Case # in my Jeep app @JeepCares?

Hi again @JeepCares my Jeep is going on day 4 at the dealership. Am I supposed to be hearing something from Jeep Cares? I haven’t heard anything other than being given a case number. Not that there is much they can do until a fix has been applied, I just thought it odd.

I am slso seeing service transmission on my brand new Rubicon with a manual transmission. At the dealer now for a month, nobody seems to know to fix it.
