Service Shifter message, ODB2 reader say fault code is U0074

Hi,

So for a couple of days I have "Service Shifter" that appear while I drive (with the beep tone).

However there is no check engine light.
Message mostly appear when I accelerate.
I tried an ODB2 reader and the fault code seems to be U0074 in transmission category.
I recently connected a SPOD, tried disconnected it after but "Service Shifter" still appear.
No Tazer connected.
It's a JLUR 2019 3.6 v6.

I will update the thread if I have an update but in case anyone have/had similar issue that would be helpful!

Update, I got the Jeep back after 2 days at dealership.

They replaced the shifter module. I drove 2 miles and "Service Shifter" is still here. That's kind of useless and wasteful. I really have the impression they have no clue at the service department.

Just an update as the issue is now fixed, to recap :
- the shifter module replacement did not fixed the issue
- after a second trip to dealership they identified the valve body to be the cause, they replaced it
- after a test drive they realized the issue was still there
- they called a "specialist" and finally identified the issue, it was a damaged wiring harness on the transmission
- they fixed it, since then no issue!

With all the electronics in the modern vehicle it's hard to blame the dealership but next time I hope they call the "specialist" first.

SEARCHED STAR CASES AND TSBS - FOUND STAR CASE S1908000094 REFERRING TO POSSIBLE CAUSE OF CUSTOMER'S CONCERN. REMOVED

R/F INNER FENDER LINER AND LOWER GRAVEL PAN. PERFORMED STAR CASE S1908000094. INSPECTED CHASSIS WIRING HARNESS AT LOWER RADIATOR SUPPORT FOR DAMAGE-NONE FOUND. GAINED ACCESS TO TRANSMISSION WIRING HARNESS AT IN R/F WHEEL WELL. UNWRAPPED HARNESS - FOUND CIRCUIT WIRES D440 AND D441 CONTACTING

FIREWALL STUD. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION FOUND CORROSION PRESENT IN WIRES DUE TO RUBBING THROUGH. RECOMMEND

PERFORMING WIRE REPAIR AND RETESTING.

GAINED ACCESS TO CIRCUIT WIRES D440 AND D441. REMOVED 2 INCH SECTION OF WIRE FROM EACH CIRCUIT TO REMOVE CORROSION SPLICED IN NEW SECTION OF WIRE USING SPLICE, SOLDER AND SHRINK TUBING. REPOSITIONED WIRE HARNESS TO PREVENT FURTHER CONCERN. ERASED DTCS. ROAD TESTED VEHICLE 5 MILES. VERIFIED SERVICE SHIFTER WARNING LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE ON EVIC.

SCANNED VEHICLE FOR DTCS-NONE FOUND. VERIFIED CUSTOMER'S CONCERN IS NO LONGER PRESENT.
