These look cool. Id be curious too. Without a modified intake are just the scoops worth it?

I'm thinking if you install the scoops "just for looks" can you put the hood insulation back on without cutting a holes in it? If so rain water would still drain out the side of the hood as it does now. The scoops come with covers and I assume these are to put on them when it rains if you have the right side hooked up to their cold air intake?
Watching for more information.

Yes Craig I installed a set from Northridge last week. Love the looks! Does let a lot of hot air out when you stop. I think you could install with the hood pad intact underneath the bottom part of the scoop. Careful though as that pad is as brittle as a potato chip! i took some clear thick plastic and stuck some Velcro on it to cover the battery and fuse panel from water but I doubt if much would come in any way. On the drivers side it would drain straight down past air cond. Lines and exhaust. There are 4 screws in the bottom piece (under the hood) and has a lip around the inside to catch most of any water and is focused to one drain hole. Additionally they furnish two silicon plugs that snaps into each grill to totally seal them. As for my underhood pad...I trashed it 2 years ago.
