Yeah you need that to hold the sway bar on as that's what mounts it. Your sway bar will have those what I don't know honestly is if the Rubicon and the other models share the same diameter sway bar. That will make a difference in the bushing size and the mounting bracket size. I think they do but I can't 100% confirm it if the bar comes with them then I would use those just to make sure until you get further confirmation.Purchased a used disconnect and it doesn’t have this clamp next to the bushing. Is this on all disconnects. I found this one on eBay and it had it. Just curious.![]()
Just to be clear im talking about the silver clamp. My original solid bar has provisions on it to keep the bar centered. No such bump exist on the electronic disconnects. So the bar does have some lateral movement.Yeah you need that to hold the sway bar on as that's what mounts it. Oh I see somehow I missed that never mind me yeah it looks like some kind of clamp that just keeps it from moving side to side. I don't think I'd get too bent out of shape if you have it or not.Just to be clear im talking about the silver clamp. My original solid bar has provisions on it to keep the bar centered.
