Wondering if anyone has information on the Rocky Ridge Packages mark up? I am supposed to stop in tomorrow to sign for a new 2018 Sahara JL with rocky ridge package. The MSRP of the jeep itself is just at 50k. The price the dealer is giving me is just under 55k. The rocky ridge package has the painted front bumper with winch and LED, painted rear bumper, 3.5 inch lift, 20 inch wheels, 35 inch tires, off road running boards, the bar led light across the top of the windshield, etc. dealer claims he has dropped the price 10k. Are the rocky ridge packages 15k to start? What is the markup?

Walk away. Those dealer installed options are almost always a rip off.

Just me personally, but no way I would take this deal. Based on the things you have listed, it doesn't come close to 15K. And they chose the wheels, brand of lift, tires...etc. If it was me, I would try a dealer that is offering the the standard 5-6% below invoice, and add all the goodies myself.

Are the mods on this list and the included warranty worth about 8k? Vs doing it all after market?

Invoice on the Jeep itself is 46000. Dealer selling price to me is about 54000 but they are giving me about 1500 more on my trade than I found elsewhere. So the mods above are costing me about 6 to 8k.

Again...just my opinion...but it wouldn't be worth it to me. This is the package, correct? https://rockyridgetrucks.com/lifted-trucks/lifted-jeeps/jeep-jl/summit/

Don't get me wrong, it looks like some nice features...but part of the fun in owning a jeep is modifying it like YOU want it. Now, if pretty much everything that is on the Rocky Ridge package is exactly like you would have picked out, then by all means...do it. I just personally wouldn't have picked many of these items so that's why I would pass. In the end...it's your money, so all we can give you is what we would do. If it's the jeep you want though...go for it.

Rigid radiance light bar...ha.

That’s probably $100 Chinese knockoff light bar.

Walk away my friend. But at 5% below at a reputable dealer and then use the saving to build your own Jeep which will make it personal.

They have a sweet (looking) Rocky Ridge near me as well. Drove it and it was sweet but their offer was 60K OTD for a Sport was a little steep for me. Not sure which package it was.
