Looks like Steve and I will be camping along Lovell Canyon Rd on the way to the trailhead.
In case we don’t have cell service, I don’t think we plan on going back to the meet up spot. So don’t wait for us, just come towards the trailhead and find us.

I’m arriving to vegas @ 4:40 with no rest ‍

we got three hours. At least i did. Pauls still out.

arrived at 2am. Set up tents. Drink beer and bs. Hit the sack/cuddle at 430! Sunshine at 730am!

Did mention its cold? And paul here forgot his sleeping bag, jacket, blanket and pillow! 54 degrees last night! Just a few hundred feet up the road it was 60.

Oh dang that sucks for Paul. I did that on my last big trip with my wife and kid… it made for a long nights for sure

Do gladiators have massive fuel tanks or something? We both left my house with full tanks. I was on fumes approaching state line. Stopped at the chevron thats about a mile before Primm. Almost $5 a gallon for 87!
Paul said he only put in 11 gallons to fill up.

a mile later passed chevron at state line. $4 a gallon!! I probably could have made it.

Hes on 410s, im on 488s

I made it it all the way to Silverado ave or blvd with 1/4 tank left. 37’s on 5.13’s cruise set to 80 mph

I always feel that way when I have to pee in the middle of the night while out camping but once I get up and move I get over it. If he hasn’t figured it out already Tell him to fire up the jeep and turn on his heater. Probably tired as hell too.
