Rock Rail nuts and bolts

Does anyone know what all hardware holds the rock rails on and what size they are? I just bought a set of used JLU rock rails but no hardware. I know its 12 bits and 6 bolts total not sure of size and if there are any additional clips or spacers?

I used the numbers given by @Potluck99 and it worked great. You need some pretty big washers though.
