First I am a novice at auto wiring .
Gonna run a trigger 6 shooter controller.
Wiring in 3 sets of Rigid 360 lights.
All the rigors have back light function.
Wanting to run the back light on all 6 lights on one rocker separate from the lights.
Watched a few videos on triggers website where they wired a back lit led bar .
They ran the hot wire to the back light to its own switch through a standard harness but tapped the ground wire from the light harness to the harness for the backlight.
Question is , am I gonna have to tap every light harness ground (3 different light groups) to the harness for the back light (1 harness) to make each light backlight work?
As said I’m very novice about wiring . Trying to plan as simple and clean as possible before installing anything.
