Reverse camera issues

Hey guys so I have recently brought a second hand jeep only having it 5 months. On the weekends I put my car into reverse and my reverse camera screen was full black. I have read on some forums that I disconnect the terminals from my battery for five minutes and it still didn’t work. I was just wandering if you some of y’all could please help me!!!
