Just a note to all, with the help of the JSCAN team, I was able to get the hardtop configured for my base JL after I installed the wiper/washer working 100% just using JSCAN. No dealer trip required.
I won't bore you with the actual install of the hardware, there are enough youtube videos and writeups on that. But to fully enable the hardtop, besides the obvious settings of just going through and enabling everything in the hardtop setting menu, there is one more that provides power to the washer pump in reverse. That setting in adaptations is:
Connector A Pin 14 Washer Motor Ctrl RR Output Present
Enable it, and your washer pump will run in reverse!
