I have +12 offset now. They will poke out 0.5” more

I'm not sure I understand. Your current wheels are +12 offset, and stick out about 1 1/2" over OEM, and your adding another 1/2" further out. This would be a total of 2" over OEM?

This is based on OEM wheels are +44 offset.

That’s ballpark- 44mm = 1.73”. I’m hoping going from stock 7.5” 44.45mm to 8.5”-1mm the tread won’t stick out past the added XR extensions. It’ll be close, 35/12.50’s are ~ even with the stock flares
