Replica Original 392 Wheels

Found these at a shop.

They say they are definitely from China like majority of other manufacturers.
They are replicas that are 17x9 and a 0 offset, the specs look great for 12.5 wide tires
They can’t seem to know what the brand or anything is.
price is great at 287$/ea CAD

Does anybody know of these or the brand ?

A search for Tamig wheels got no results- interesting, the offset and width giving them more depth does look better, but no further specs - wt, construction, price (US) oh well, new 21 lb wheels delivered yesterday and in the garage…. How did they get away with “Jeep” center caps ?

I'd be weary of them. Check the company, make sure they're legit. Wheels has evolved into a 3 headed monster. OEM versus replica versus counterfeit. OEM, you know has quality control. Replica, not all companies produce for manufacturers, so its on you to see which ones do, and don't. Counterfeit, these things, for the most part, aren't worth mounting on a golf cart or go kart.

Exactly my thoughts on the Jeep center caps and it being a ghost manufacturer . If these are new wheels though I expect to see them more often soon popping up in plane sight

Unfortunately, my “quality controlled” ones have faded from bronze to light gray in 3 years. to be replaced with these when the Teraflex adjustable carrier arrives to compensate for 8 1/2” -1mm to avoid camera/sensor issues.

I almost pulled the trigger on TRX replicas for my Ram. Went looking for the company, didn't find a word about them. But seen some folks who did pull the trigger, and seriously regretted it.

Hella Yella, sweetness. I wasn't sold on black on my Hella Yella. I went with gray matte. But while I was looking at OEM wheels. Rubicon black milled wheels are real nice looking. Good luck with your search. Research, it is the best thing you can do before parting with your hard earned cash. Happy 4th!!!

That sucks. Are they replica wheels? No matter, they're nice looking wheels. Did you go with the Alpha HD, or the whole bracket and Alpha HD? I went with the HD cause I ain't running big tires. I'm roughly at 72-73 pounds per tire, under the 83-85 target on wheel weight.

Weight weenie happy with an 80 lb wheel- 35/12.50 combo no reinforcement needed at 2 lbs less than stock wheels 285/70 KO2’s combo
The original wheels have faded to gray.

While these are really nice and would be great I just don’t feel comfortable with it right now until somebody promises me they will be good.

Kinda like. You can see them on the Rocktrix site. I grabbed the RT117's. I just didn't want to have the same old same old. So I didn't lean towards spokes or fake beadlocks. Wife picked out the wheels and finish. Which look nice, offset the black trim and black rubber. And the best part, Rocktrix is on sale right now. I mean, they're already inexpensive, but more of a savings can't hurt the wallet.

Any affordable powder coating shops near you? That way you keep the wheel, the weight, and get it colored to what you want. I do gotta say it, 35's and wheels under 80 pounds is respectable.
