Recommended oil for 80k miles?

Should I stick to 0W-20? I recently had a bunch of engine work done as I was getting a couple of misfires and some of the rocker arms and camshafts were replaced. I remember the tech guy mentioning to run a thicker oil because of the higher mileage and the moderate off-roading. I’m near chicago area, so colder temps will be here in 2-3 months. Any recommendations?

I switched to High Mileage 0w20 after 75K for the additives. Had less oil loss after that. 170K currently and still runs fine.

Same oil you used for the last 80k miles. Not even complicated.

Run 0W-30 full synthetic oil. That's it.
