Rear seat fold down latch

Hello,

I have seen at least 1 post before but I was curious if anyone else has had their latch which allows the rear seats to fold down break?

I remember seeing a post and thinking wow that sucks. Today I went to fold my seats down for maybe the 5th time and the latch just fell right off with no force.

What part of the latch, or the entire lever?
