For something like that I would recommend ordering these bare metal and working with a local powder coater who can do some samples and compare it to your actual rig.

The new differential covers are held on by more hardware, but the thread is smaller (M8 on these vs 3/8 found on many earlier Dana axles) so the torque spec is a bit lower. The torque spec for the included M8 bolts with the diff covers is 14 ft lbs.
