Hello all - I've installed a pair of Rolling Big Power Stealth Power running boards (Rolling Big Power STEALTH POWER RUNNING BOARDS RBP-510-SP) on my 2018 JLUR. The installation was fairly easy, but I've encountered a problem. When the passenger and driver's side boards retract after the dors are closed, they strike the bottom of the door frames just above the pinch seams. This results in a loud metal vs. metal noise. Obviously, this shouldn't be happening and will cause damage to the vehicle over time. There is no way to adjust the motors and the installation was done exactly according to manufacturer specifications. I've spoken with the manufacturer, and they are working with their engineering team to find a solution. In the meantime, has anyone here installed these running boards and encountered a similar problem?
