Radio malfunction

Hello out there! I have a 2018 jeep wrangler Sahara unlimited with connect 7.2 inch touchscreen radio…. It is flashing g the jeep logo on and off but not coming on…. I have attempted the soft reset as well as hard reset with no luck…. Checked the f97 fuse also pulled negative cable off of battery… took it to local Jeep dealer and had the auxiliary battery checked all good. Dealer told me I had a short internally on the radio. Any one tell me something else to do

Nothing else you can do, other than:

1. Search for a replacement OEM 7” radio
2. Upgrade to an OEM 8.4” radio
3. Install an aftermarket radio/head unit
