Radio Jumping Station

So my 2021 connect radio is driving me crazy. It’s jumps stations or to another screen all the time. Sometimes it’s a bump in the road, sometimes it’s when the blinker shuts off. Any ideas?

Check that the fuses are sweated good first. Second I've read of a similar problem and there us a TSB on it. Contact the dealer if the fuses are not the culprit.

Fuses are good. I found the TSB but it references builds before 10/2019...and its a dealer reprogram
