What about the Off Road+ buttton? I usually hit it when I drop t9 4LO but I’m now wondering if it is applying the brakes at times. What exactly does that do?

No signs of fluid leak. Reservoir is topped up and brakes were completely flushed and bled several times. I’ve been Offroad a few times since that work. Things work fine under moderate trails but under severe work this issue appears.

The pedal is firm and under great pressure slowly goes to the floor.

Thanks. Your is hidden pretty well. It looks like that is the only real option. I will modify the bumper and create some more protection. I hate to do it because 8njust had all my Cavab bumpers parts sand blasted and powdercoated.

Anyone have a good solution for mounting the front remote cans on Fox 2.5 shocks? their instructions put them vertical behind the bumper in a place just behind my skid plate. I can see them getting smashed pretty easily. Can‘t mount them higher horizontally as the sway bar would hit them. I...

^^This^^ We were on the Rubicon and that’s exactly what we experienced. No doubt the 6-8 hours a day of crawling never gave them a brake . We debated bleeding them but decide the problem would probably be back soon so we pumped on.

At times a lot, like on/off for 15 of 20 minutes. I just can’t envision crawling adding that kind of heat to boil the fluid but maybe that’s it.

Thanks for the reply. It looks like the drag link and tie rod ends are all in need of replacing and the steering rack is fine. Ordered them today and hope to find a way to get them installed in the coming week.

Swapped out the Brake Booster CHeck Valve...nothing

Jumped in the rig yesterday, brake pedal hard and grinding and barely stopping…. Pulled code P258B Electric Vacuum Pump. Checked Fuse 35 and it was good. Disconnected all brake related electrical connections and reconnected, nothing. Should I breakdown and spend $200 on a Vacuum Pump? Thanks
