Was recently gifted a set of overhead lights that tie into my overhead panel inside the jeep, I have quite a few Posi-Tap's for the wiring already I'm just unsure as to which wires to tap into. The overhead lights do have their own switch aswell, I've looked at the overhead wiring diagram but still unsure.
Sorry if there's a post about this already did a search but nothing about the overhead lighting.

Smaller wire is for the switch

Looks like a light that you'll want to be able to turn on with the Jeep off. Is that right?
If so you'll need to wire them to the battery.

Do you have the factory Aux switches?
If so, that would make it a lot easier. Find the Aux Switch wire bundle in the passenger foot well and connect to the Red w/ White Stripe. That's Direct To Battery, always on. Control the light with the switch.
If not, you won't have that wire bundle. Search for how to run a wire through the firewall.

Yes, they would be used for when the jeep is off or just as an interior running light while on the trails. I do have the aux switches, I can wire them to the passenger side where the aux leads go to the battery just got to get some wire, I may pull the overhead panel to see if there's any battery wires.
thanks again!
