Question: Plastic pieces found under back seat

I may be naive and just not know this. In my Wrangler JL that I've had for a few months now, I just noticed today that there are some half plastic caps that are right behind the back passenger seats. Does anyone know what these are for?

look like they are probably covers for the seat belt. Look near the top of the rear belts.

They are indeed the back seatbelt screw covers. They were a bit of a trick to get on as they weren't popping on easily, but they're on now. Thank you for your help!
