With adjustable control arms. If you're thinking of camber, yeah that's not really adjustable without wonky ball joints.
Do you think adjustable control arms will allow you to adjust the caster differently between the two sides? You might notice that there's a big metal tube connecting the parts where the ball joints are mounted to. You also might notice that this tube is hard to twist.

Lol, like I said earlier, we're talking less than half a degree. If you think that's not doable then I don't know what to tell you.

I was answering a question about adjusting castor on a solid axle. Back in the day jeeps had leaf springs and not control arms. And cuting loose the knuckles and rotating them to the degree wanted was the way. Pinion angle remained as needed. Hope that helps you understand.
No I'm perfectly aware of how things used to be done (that was the only way to properly lift an FJ40), just trying to understand the relevance to this conversation unless you're doing a massive lift and need to adjust pinion angle and caster.
