This is an UPDATE
after my previous post I got in contact with Grant Keller Operations Manager @Quake LED , he said that maybe there was a miscommunication last time I contacted costumer support service and that he was aware of my situation and ready to help me. After a few emails Grant Keller said that @Quake LED will get in contact with me so they can send me a replacement with some extra harness adapters just in case I need it, ALL PARTS FREE OF CHARGE, I just paid for the shipping which is normal, everything was finalized today and the parts are on their way. I will make another update once I get the parts. Im very happy with the way that keller @Quake LED handle the situation, this is the kind of treatment you expect to get when something goes wrong with a product of ANY COMPANY.

That's a bummer. I was planning to switch to those when my Bushwackers go bad. I just assumed they would be better quality than the BW.

I am really angry at this point. I got the fender chop kit in January 13/2023, by the end of February (only 1 moth of use) it started having problems. I contacted @Quake LED and the WORST customer support ever, they said because I got it in Canada they cant do nothing, warranty only for the United States, I said ok and contacted Just Jeeps Canada and the started the prosses. I got the replacement a month and a few days later. I went back to Just Jeeps Canada and gave me the new one I returned the old ones. And before I started to get comfortable the @Quake LED it started to die again on my/ 14/ 2023, and by may 19/ 2023 it was almost gone, so I was super angry at this point. so same prosses again and by June 5/2023 the DRL was gone and the turn signal was half gone. This time took me a few months to get the replacement and they only sent the lights. So I have to take it off from the brackets, give them back and put the new ones in (WHICH CAME ALREADY DEFECTIVE) and the new screws that holds the lights to the bracket were to long, so I use the old ones. I asked @justjeeps for a tool they said NOPE you have to pay our mechanic, so I used the few tools that I had on my jeep, once they saw me half way ( @justjeeps ) came with the tool, I said NO thanks Im almost done. Once the install was done I showed them @JustJeepsLtd that the new light already had a few leds burned out, they took pictures and that was it never heard back again. the 3rd replacement was the only @Quake LED that lasted 11 months. WORST product and costumer service ever. and it is not just me my buddy had the same problem, changed once switch to the other style and same thing, now he is trying to go back to stock. i don't know if I will be able to post all the pics but I will be posting a few. I really hope you guys don't have to deal with this.

Sorry for the repeated issues you're experiencing!

We would like the opportunity to make it right and will warranty with our newest version. It looks like you have only received gen 1 chop kits in replacement, which aren't near the quality of our updated kit. We have had several iterations since then, but unfortunately there is still some older versions floating around.

Speaking to Quake's warranty, it isn't that we won't warranty out of the United States, we just do not cover international shipping, so maybe there was some misunderstanding there?

Anyways please reach out to customer service if you would like a replacement of our newest model that shouldn't have any of these issues.

Our office is open M-F 9am-5pm MST. Our phone is 720 305 8979, or you could send an email to [email protected] and we will get back asap.

Well I would have moved on if the problem was solve but Not even close. Of course is time to muve on to another product, now that I now is trash, they say the 3rd one is the charm! Am I right? I posted it is bc I spend Close to $600 ca on a product that after 3 replacement still shit. Sorry if I touched a nerve or sorry if u do promo for them, I dont care now I have go and spend on another product. PS if u want I can also sent u my friends pics of his jeep too. Have a nice day
Nope no nerve struck and I have no association with the company. It just seems odd that you keep posting about it and haven’t gone to another product 🤷

I did reach out to customer service and I have the messages save, you guys said WARRANTY ONLY FOR US. This wouldnt happen if @justjeeps canada wouldve gave me a refund but they said Nope, they will deal with the warraty. And thats why Im mad and couldnt move on. That was my last post I just wanted to let people know my experience.

Ranting online about your PAST emails accomplishes nothing. If you want a replacement, then please follow the instructions on the above post.

As mentioned, the replacements you have received are all gen 1. i.e. you can't keep doing the same thing the same way and expect different results.

If you want us to make it right you know what to do, otherwise I think that is all I can attempt to do for you at this time.

Both sides the first 2kits, passenger started first, after the driver. I did take it to a shop for an inspection ($200 ca) after the 2nd one bc I though the same (something is wrong) but all the electrical was ok and I also have a supership, so all the settings are good. @Quake LED replied and said that the ones I have are gen 1, I didnt know that there were more gens, and also said they can help me. So I will get in contact.
I'll make an update after
Can u guys can see their response to the post too?

Lmao🤣 maybe, but my Beautiful. grill is still working 😅. I took their word this time, I just sent them and email, let see what happens.

You are familiar with us for some reason, and knew to google "quake led gladiator SEMA", so I am going to assume that our marketing antics to not get swept under the rug at worked :)

I haven't had any issues with mine and they held up really well even after hitting a tree. I need to figure out a better way to bend the bracket back to normal but I was impressed.

It also ensured that I will never buy a product from you. Same with the any other group that is more focused on creating a spectacle than they are anything else. I'll group Fab Fours and their weird chopped mohawked stuff. It doesn't matter how good your product is, if the impression that you make is negative, then you lost a customer.
