I have a 2019 JLU Sport with 3.6L / Under gentle to moderate brake pressure, the Jeeps stays in a straight line and brakes as it should. Under hard pressure, the Jeep pulls to the right side. What can I check for first before calling in the mechanic?

Check for a stuck caliper piston on the side that the vehicle is pulling to. Check the brake pads as well. Most likely will need a qualified mechanic/shop to diagnose.

I had the same issue with my 2021 and it ended up being the caster was off. I replaced the front and rear control arms with adjustable ones and it no longer pulls to one side during braking.

I agree with @jludave that it's likely a sticking caliper. Are you using stock wheels? If you have aftermarket with much less backspacing the scrub radius will have changed which would really amplify the issue.

I sold the stock wheels and tires and bought take-offs from a Rubicon 4xe. The wheels are still 17” but the tire sie is 275/70

My wife's 2015 JK Sport had this issue twice, about 2 years apart. First the passenger side, then the driver's. Both times it turned out to be a collapsed brake hose.

Check the caliper opposite the side it is pulling to. If one of the pistons is stuck, the braking force on the side is cut in half.

If you happen to have access to an Infrared thermometer it's a simple way to see how your brakes are behaving relative to each other. If one is pulling too much or not enough it shows up in the temperature readings.
