Hey Guys,
So I've decided on these fifteen52 partrol wheels, mostly because they are having a big sale on them and they seem like decent wheels from what I've read/seen.

I have 3 questions:
1) The hub bore is 71.5... so does that mean these are hubcentric?
2) These are aluminum, but I'm assuming they have a coat that will protect in new england winters/salt?
3) Their published weight of this wheel is 24.88lbs, but @Discount Tire site has them set at 29.28 lbs: https://www.discounttiredirect.com/buy-wheels/fifteen52-patrol-hd/p/101094
Obviously thats a big difference in weight spec and tbh, I would skip on them if they are closer to 30 pounds since I'm looking for a light weight wheel. Any help much appreciated!
