Headlights, Fog Lights and Interior Backlights

Guys, can you help me solve this problem?

2020 Jeep Wrangler JL 2.0 with Halogen Headlights

Front:

• High Beams, Low Beams, and Fog Lights are not working.
• Only the High Beam Flash (Signal) works when pulling up the Lever on the steering wheel.
• Turn Signals work normally.
• Using JScan in Body Controller, I can activate all these front lamps manually. This means that the BCM and Headlights are connected to each other correctly.

Rear:

• Turn Signals, Brake Lights, and Reverse Lights are working properly.

Interior:

• Radio backlights and Climate Control Panel backlights are not working.
• All other interior lights work normally.

Update:

I have this type of Headlamp Switch - P68292842AC

JScan - Body Controller:​

• Headlamp Switch Position - Always OFF.
• Headlamp Switch Voltage - The Voltage Changes when I turn the switch. (I don't know if these Voltages are correct)
  

Wiring Check:

I checked the wiring from the Headlamp Switch to the BCM with a multimeter. All pins are correctly connected to each other.

Did you check that Fuse 46 is good and getting power?
Nevermind - that one must be good if you're able to get the lights to turn on with Jscan

Thanks, I'll check it today.
But in my case, PIN 9 is missing on the Headlamp Switch.

Update:
I checked Fuse F46, it works.
