Power Lock Install/Key Reprogramming

I will be having power locks installed on my 2018 JLU sport here pretty soon. Since I have a sport model my key does not have any lock/unlock buttons on the key. I found the part number for the key with lock/unlock buttons and the part number for the radio frequency hub. My question is, when the locks are installed will they be able to take these new keys and RFB and code it to the car? Part #’s are below

The RFH is programmed from the factory. And this appears to be "not changeable". If a dealer orders you a new RFH, it is coded with the VIN from your vehicle, for the options you already have... Not sure if the dealer is knowledgeable, willing, or able to override this. This has been researched thoroughly for adding the proximity feature - yes different - but all boils down to the RFH hub... Maybe it will work for you. I'd get confirmation from the dealer on this... And ensure they have the ability to override what is programmed for your VIN with the new feature.

If you had to replace door harnesses, to incorporate the power locks, are the appropriate connections present on the body side of the door harnesses?

I did the Power Lock install and had to wire everything manually to a Keyless Entry/Alarm. I don't think you can just order a part number key fob and have it reprogrammed as you will need to tie it into the main computer etc.
