Plastic panel cracked How to fix

My back door hinge broke and when I shut it back it punched a whole in my inside panel. The panel is expensive to replace. What kind of glue or filler should I use to fix it. See the picture-attached. Please help!

Is this on the Jeep in your sig, a 2024? If that is the case I would take it to the dealer for a hinge warranty and have them replace that panel as "consequential damage". Warranty companies understand that term... as in "My hinge broken when I closed the rear door which consequently broke this plastic panel"...

It's gonna be a bit of work as you'll need to remove the panel for access to the back side, but buy one of these and you can easily put it back together.

@JeepMama , drive over to the dealership (don't call them) and when at the Service Department politely ask to speak to the Service Manager ..... not the Service Advisor/
Swoooze the Service Manager. Tell him/her that you have heard of and or experienced exceptional Service at his store.... THEN, explain to him/her that you went to open the rear door the hinge broke, etc. and you have damage and broken hinge. Ask that he PLEASE have all covered under warranty.

Reality is, all definitely should be covered.. but speak up a head of time about it..

@JeepMama As Rhinebeck said - go there in a cheery mood and humble. Stroke the service Managers Ego. "You had a friend who bought a Jeep here and all he talks about is the Service Dept" yadda yadda yadda. Flattery goes a long way.
