Parking break squeak?

Hey all,
I have been dealing with this issue for a bit now, everything time I pull of from being parked with my parking break I get a loud squeaking sound for the first 200ft or so if driving. It sounds like the parking brake is dragging or dirty. I had my dealer check it and they said they found nothing and cleaned it out a bit. That fixed it for a couple months, but now it’s back the same as it was. Anyone had this issue before?

Looks like it’s time to pull the wheels and do it yourself.

I have seen where one of the cables can be sticky and thus not releasing fully right off the bat but will in a minute or two.
