I got my update today and yes it came with Off Road pages

Mine were missing too. Ran a bunch of errands and after multiple restarts of the engine they were still missing. Then after hanging out at the in-laws for a while.... they just came back.

Also, I too am curious about the connectivity. As far as I know, the JL does not have a cellular connection (unless it is tunneling through a connected phone) and the satellite is only for Sirius/XM. My Mustang Sync3 system downloads updates over wifi when sitting in my garage and connected to my home wifi - but I haven't seen any setting in the JL to connect to wifi. How is the JL connecting to get the update?

@LibertasJeep Only the JL's, 8.4 Uconnect Radio has it's own, independent, AT&T cellular capability. Incoming and outgoing.. Comes with a trial subscription. You decide if you want to pay for further service.

JL is an actual hot spot if the AT&T is on trial period or subscribed.

Yep, my grid lines were there for 2 days after the update, now they're gone. So annoying...

I'm in idaho and got the update last night and it included off road pages which at least so far work.

I have not had a chance to play around with anything else yet to see if anything changed/broke.

Mine finally updated (Massachusetts). For three days the prompt would show up (multiple times), I would press "yes" but the update would not start. This morning, the update actually worked. I did nothing different so who knows what was going on.

I read somewhere that this new update addresses the back-up camera/blue screen issue. Can anyone confirm that the took care of this for them? I used to get the blue screen once every 5 or 7 days or so.

Go my update yesterday in NYC. My backup camera wasn't working after the update but started working later that night. Hoping it was just a one time thing.

If my trial subscription lapsed and I didnt continue the service will I not get the update?

Has anyone checked their firmware versions in the maintenance menu? (before and after?) Might lead to determine who is getting and from what prior level?

Maintenance / or I guess its called Dealer mode is pressing 3 buttons on the same time on the AC controls for like 5 seconds:
Hot + Cold + Front Defrost
(Hot is basically the Red Up Arrow / Cold is the Blue Down Arrow / Front Defrost is the Defrost to the Left of those 2)

Banner will read dealer.

Will list a lot of tech info specifically FW/SW version (FirmWare / SoftWare)
Also has other info that may be relevant. Like Prod Date and or HW Release #

Could lead to why some are getting and other not. "Yet".

Pretty sure I looked there and it told me to get bent. You have to go some other place or call or something stupid that I don't remember now.

Edit: or are you talking about using the special button sequence to get into other menus?
