ORDERED MY WILLYS!

Hello everyone,

After much deliberation, I finally placed an order yesterday for a 2022 Wrangler Unlimited Willy's Edition, blacked out with cold weather, convenience, and trailer tow groups with upgraded alpine audio. I literally cannot wait!

I have to give a shout out to Adam Silver at Central Jeep in Raynham, MA who deals with the customer directly and saved me literally nearly 4,000 dollars off the MSRP. He is super honest and seriously just wants the customer to get the best deal. Go to him! Told me it could be anywhere from 8-14 weeks.

I literally cannot wait! Now time to research must have initial upgrades and mods. Any suggestions? I want to keep it close to stock.

well, on a good note, some have seen their orders go from order to delivery in approximately 30 days, so it's not a guarantee...just best to be prepared

Just picked up my 22 JLR last Thursday. Ordered a winch, winch plate, side steps and Mopar sill guards.

Plan on staying with stock suspension for a while. I’ll keep saving my pennies and see what I decide down the road.

It was dealer inventory. I saw it on a Thursday while in for an oil change in the 2020 JLUR. Traded in the JLUR and picked up the 2022 JLR a week later, LOL.

I bought my JL from Adam last Nov. Highly recommend.

I ordered a JLUWillys on 12/8 and picked it up 8 weeks later.

If you want to keep it "close to stock", why are you looking for initial upgrades and mods? Drive it and enjoy it. The Willys package is the best value going and plenty capable off road, looks great stock and will bring a smile to your face every time you get behind the drivers seat.

So what is your intended use of the vehicle? Are you looking for mods associated with off roading? Maybe towing? Or personal touches to make it your own?

Congrats on your soon-to-be Jeep. I got my Sahara from Central and they were great to work with and had the best price around. I'll be heading back there to order a 2-door Willys if Reign actually is released as a limited edition color.

I just leased a 2022 in white. You are going to love it. I've heard they are extremely capable off road. Mine is a manual transmission though so I'm not sure how much I will like it in those scenarios. Only mods Im doing are antenna, probably neoprene seat covers for hunting and fishing and Lange Coyote mirrors for doors off.
