I have a set of Oracle Occulus bi-led headlights with the halo. I recently noticed the halo isn’t working. The halos are plugged into the fuse for the cigarette liter outlet. It works so I don’t think it’s the fuse or surely that wouldn’t work either right? I’ll go get a fuse and check anyway. Any other ideas?

Fuse taps normally contain two fuses: one for the original circuit and one for the new one. It is possible the fuse for the halos is loose or burnt out and the other is still fine.

My halos have not died completely, but they have slowly developed dead spots. From my experience, I'd expect your halos to fail similarly. Even if one completely failed, I would not expect both to fail at the same time. That sounds more like a fuse or loose-or-broken wire.
