For as much shit as the Cherokee gets for not being more true to the original, I still dig them, especially the Trailhawk. And for a vehicle that absolutely pales in comparison to a Wrangler, especially with the suspension, the capabilities of these things on tough trails is actually really impressive.

The new front design looks phenomenally better, too.

Well in the last week we bought a Wrangler and today we went and bought a Cherokee.

Join the club, although it took me a bit longer. Bought out JLUR in early 2018, then added a Grand Cherokee in January of this year and finely added our Cherokee Trailhawk in May. Each is very different yet has its own appeal. My wife seems to like the Cherokee the best, partly because it’s easiest to get into as she’s only 5’1” tall. Given a choice I opt for the JL unless it’s a highway trip, then the GC is the clear winner.

I don't have anything against the Cherokee I just wish jeep would have named it something else. The Cherokee name, I would consider, is the second most iconic name for jeep. I wish they would have used it on a more worthy vehicle.
