Oil life Not Resetting?

So I brought my 2020 to the dealer to change my oil about a month ago and 400 miles ago. After I got it back that day it was not reset back to 100 percent. So I held the "ok" button to reset it and it went back to 100 percent.

Fast forward to today I noticed that it is still at 100 percent oil. Is that possible even after driving 400-500 miles after resetting?

IF you are concerned just do another RESET. Won't hurt to do so since you have only driven 400 miles... Also, I sure hope you do not rely on that oil life monitor.... I would not..

By the way, there is more then way to reset the Oil Life ... not sure if you already know...


Oil Life Reset:
1. Without pushing the brake pedal, push and release the
ENGINE START/STOP button and place the ignition to
the ON/RUN position (do not start the engine).

2. Navigate to Oil Life submenu in Vehicle Info in the
instrument cluster display.

3. Push and hold the OK button until the gauge resets to
100%.


Secondary Method For Oil Life Reset:
1. Without pushing the brake pedal, push and release the
ENGINE START/STOP button and place the ignition to
the ON/RUN position (do not start the engine).

2. Fully press the accelerator pedal, slowly, three times
within ten seconds.

3. Without pushing the brake pedal, push and release the
ENGINE START/STOP button once to return the ignition
to the OFF/LOCK position.

NOTE: If the indicator message illuminates when you
start the vehicle, the oil change indicator system did not
reset. If necessary, repeat this procedure.
