Oil leak behind driver headlight

I have an oil leak that seems to stem from behind the driver side headlight. Dealership looked at it and “fixed” it… said whoever installed the winch(me) loosened a hose bolt that held an oil line on and that was the problem. Smelled like BS at the time but was happy it was “simple” and let it be.

2023 with like 5500 miles

Still leaking. I pointed to the hose that it looks like it might be leaking from. I’m a computer tech, not a diesel tech so I have no idea what I’m actually looking at.

I attached some pics to see maybe if someone else had something similar…
