How much metal support is inside the rear/front bumpers? Can you stand on them?
They seem pretty flimsy so I'm not sure if I can step on them to get to the roof.

Thanks for the info though!

Standing on the bumpers shouldn't be a problem, but they're not the most ideal way to reach the roof. The concern should be stepping onto the hood, which you may want to avoid. If your goal is to get to the roof, why not consider door hinge steps?

Yea that's what I'm looking into now.
I got the Frontrunner rack which doesn't have a compatible ladder for the side/rear.
The only thing they have is a spare wheel mounted steps for accessing the roof from the rear.
