They fit all JLU's. But I can get the part number when I get home from work in the morning.

As far as I know, no. But they have an extra plug that doesn't go anywhere on mine. So I'm assuming that plug goes towards the blind spot monitors.

edit: according to the part numbers they do have BSD. I’ll edit the OP to include pics of the plugs.
