Nub question: Wiring harness fasteners

I couldn't find a sufficiently basic tech forum to ask in, so I chose this one.

A gentleman and a scholar from this forum gave me his old plastic front bumper. He cut his wiring harness, so I want to cannibalize the one from my damaged but otherwise identical bumper. All the 7mm are off and anyone who complains about that being hard I have questions about. Anyway, I am able to access the wiring harness but it's got these odd fastener/ziptie thingies on it. Pictures attached.

Ripping one out results in the last picture, not that I expected to reuse it but that pretty much confirms it.

I'm resolved that these are one shot use, but what are these called? Would you replace them with the exact same part? Upgrade? Looking for recommendations. I get the nagging feeling that jury rigging things back together with regular zipties would not be satisfactory.

I’ve wondered that myself. Looks like they are called fir tree cable ties or push mount cable ties or offset fir tree cable ties…

Anyone else have some advice? Current plan is to pick up those top 2 sizes he linked because eyeballing them it looks like the correct size, and ~10$ isn't a huge risk to take. I'm also considering something like https://www.amazon.com/Automotive-Assortment-Universal-Different-Wrangler/dp/B08FZCVZJJ?th=1 which promises reusability

I've been hesitant to ask the dealer about it but it's been pointed out that's a logical route so doing that too
