Regretfully I don't come on here as often as I should and missed a notification for this post. I dug thru our internal ticket system and did find some communication notes between you and our rep Alex.
When you where discussing the deal with Alex you mentioned the Amazon price and we matched it but the wheel deal you made him aware of after you made the purchase elsewhere, we where not provided with the option to match the price and more than likely we would have.
We always try to give our customers the absolute best price but we can't always do that till we know all the specifics of the deal and what all expenses we're going to incur in shipping which is free to you but not for us.
The wheel and tire industry is one of very little margins and I'm not going to get into those specifics on a forum post about that topic. If you pound the keyboard hard enough you'll find vendors happy making $5 per wheel and when something goes wrong on the deal they vanish in thin air.
We pride ourselves on that fact that as of today we're the highest rated wheel and tire dealer online. We're at 4.9 out of 5 with google, 4.8 out of 5 with Shopper Approved and a 99% Issue Free Order grade with TrustSite who sends out a survey to each and every one of our customers.
As soon as you place an order with us a dedicated customer service rep sends you an email with a formal introduction and keeps you posted on your order through the entire process. Trust in when I tell you, it's not hard to match or even beat our prices but I assure you those who do can't match our level of service.
With all that said the customers we mostly do best with are those who value service, personnel attention and great deals! I'll always try my best to offer you folks the absolute best possible prices as I have provided many, many forum members here.
Maybe posting a thread with your final build pics would have been a more constructive post for the community. Not sure what you where trying to achieve here to be honest.
