Northridge 4x4 back orders

Is anyone else having problems with receiving back ordered items from Northridge4x4? I ordered an Eaton locker and Spicer gears several months ago and still haven’t received them. Customer service hasn’t been able to resolve issues and have, on 2 occasions, provided future shipping dates that haven’t been upheld.
They were doing okay until late 2024.

They don’t have any control over eaton or spicer so they can only go by what they are told. Northridge4x4 has the best customer service in the business that i have recieved.you can always cancel your order and try and find it somewhere else

I apologize for the delays and will look into this right away. Most of our orders leave same day but we are at the mercy of the mfg to make the parts and ship them to us so we can ship them back out.

Add me to the list of very happy Northridge4x4 customers. During one of my first orders with them, I was caught in an old shelf stock versus Jeep redesign dilemma. Specific M14 bolts had changed and I didn't receive the correct lengths for my JL. Northridge hit it like a honey badger and I had correct bolts from the manufacturer in a week. I was impressed by the movement I saw from Northridge. They gave a shit then, and still do now. A recent order took less than 15 minutes to clear up a concern. Always friendly and helpful.

@Northridge4x4 gets a lions share of my JL budget, and for a very good reason. Thanks guys!

The gears arrived today from Dana with chips on the ring and pinion gears. These are not acceptable for installation. I would like to return them.

I knew it!!
I saw this (blue circle below) and thought, I bet Dana is going send out that batch of damaged R&P gears that NR4X4 returned recently.
And here we are. My intuition paid off.
I actually PM'd NR4X4 about this very thing last week mentioning the returned batch of gears.

The OP has a JK not a JT/ JL so its a much different Ring and pinion.
