Looks great with 35s like you have. I think the 37s look a little crowded not as much wheel well..

Yea, just like I wanted a little extra room for 35's, I'd be stressed pushing that disconnect button with 37's. You can flip the rear bump stops for running 37's though. Fronts what I'd be worried about.

Does anyone know if there are any key differences between the Rubicon Express BB and the Rough country BB lift? Rough Country lift is only running $179.00 vs Rubicon Express $399.00. Also has anyone done an installation themselves? Chewing that over but I have a few concerns about doing it myself

The RC kit is good too. I ran it on a JK. I went with the RE kit because the shock extensions looked beefier, the spacers are wider with index holes for the isolaters and I liked the way they drop the front sway bar. RC comes with new sway bar end links. You'd be good either way, especially since it's so much less expensive.

It’s simple. Nothing to it. Both are just metal spacer. Get the cheap one.

My question on the difference between the RE and RC kits is
1. The shock extenions, is the RE a thicker/stronger metal?
2. The sway bar links, the RC comes with longer replacements and the RE doesn't, how does the RE not need them?

I guess you answered my question partially, the RE is beefier shock extensons Then?

But how does the RE kit "drop" the sway bar?

Yes, the shock extensions are thicker than RC. I actually called RE to ask them, the front (most important) is addressd with the sway bar drop brackets which I like. But, the rear, they said on the JL they are not needed and you don't lose anything with the 2" of lift. I've taken the kit off road on 4 different trips and it has been great. Who knows.
