So the end of the story, FCA released the cluster with one condition. When the new cluster is made I have to bring my Jeep in and dealer will then contact factory and tell them the mileage. They will then program the cluster with matching mileage. Then ship it to dealer for installation. Dealer predicts they will have the Jeep for 2 weeks. Something about law in regards to mileage matching. Make sense. Hope this helps anyone that runs into the problem with their new JL.
