New computer, bad mpg and shifting

Had some repairs done to the JLU Sport S. Dealer replaced computer. Now I can't get above 16mpg in the city, light foot. Also it seems to have strange shift points in the 2 through 4 gears. Like I can feel it shifting and it isnt as smooth as it was previously.

Is there a chance it has older software or something loaded? What specifically should I ask the srvc guy to check?

Hopefully it's a software issue that can be easily remedied.

Don't want to get into the reason to much. Let's just say faulty winch, new out of the box. Created a short.

Would new bumpers front and rear and a winch cause that much added weight though? 2 mpg less?

I think it took about that long for my new Jeep to learn. I'd give it a bit more time and reset the mpg meter.

could be a Tcm, pcm update however I mean really anything more above 16mpg? lol
