I have a 04 grand cherokee limited 4.7L high output. Need to replace motor. If I took a 4.7 high out put from a 08 dodge pickup will it bolt to my jeep and will the vacuum lines , hoses, and all that line up to where they need to and will the plugs on wires be the same? Also will my jeeps computer recognize the sensors being from a dodge,or vise versa idk. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you guys.

It looks like this is your first post on here. That being said, this forum is for the 2018 and up Jeep JL Wrangler. You will get better responses posting on a forum dedicated to the Grand Cherokee.

It will not work.

You'll need to find a 4.7L from an 02 to 04 GC. There were many changes made in 05 for the 4.7L.
