Need help with side markers and fender mod

Upgrading my oem fenders to skinny ones with no lights, I need the side markers for my turn signals until I upgrade my headlights. Anyone have any recommendations on what lights I can use? I need something easy to wire into the existing plug for the side markers. I have a 23 JL Sahara
