Need help reading Invoice

Hi,

While I have other talents, reading spreadsheets and invoices are confusing for me.

Could you verify

that if invoice pricing is 43,763, then 2% below that is 42,888.0 plus 85.- and Tax and license would give me the OTD pricing?

And what are those 3 numbers in the magenta box?

FWP is invoice pricing.

HB is basically what the dealer makes off the sale. (If i understand that one correctly.)
FFP is friends and family
EP is employee pricing.

Been too long of a day to do math, but I hope that helps... lol
