Need help checking lease numbe

Hello everyone,
I factory ordered a rubicon 4xe that I’m picking up this Saturday. Wanted to check my lease numbers to see if I’m missing something. I’m plugging these numbers into the leasehacker calculator and getting a payment in the $580 range. This is a 36/10 lease with $2000 down. Am I looking at anything wrong?

I have similar. 580 at 5k down Rubi 4xe here. So I’m in the 1.25 ish range.

Best way to check for any lease if it’s a good lease deal regardless of vehicle. This doesn’t factor in miles per year. Normally 12k is the standard. So it’s slightly off. But that makes math harder.

(monthly payment + (down payment by month )) / by MSRP.

580 +56 = 636

636 / 73,270 = .0086

.0086 x 100 = .86

.86 amazing

anything below 1 is amazing!
below 1.25 is great deal! Usually take it.
below 1.5 still good but could negotiate more, prob walk away and let them entice you back.
Above 1.5 walk away definitely,

I’ve leased 7 times many brands. Always try 0 or max 2k down. If leasing works for you. looks like you have a great deal. But also read the final terms carefully. To understand pay off, early termination, etc. stellantis or fca are usually ok. Usbank, ally, chase aren’t always the best due to restrictions of all kinds. So read it carefully. If you want to buy at end doesn’t matter much. That’s easy for all.

Took delivery Saturday. Went through stellantis financial. Payment is $596 for 36 months with 2000 out of pocket.
will keep an eye on values before I decide to buy out lease, jeeps aren’t holding their value like they did a few years ago.
