Need help. Lift vs spacers

Hello I have a 2014 4door Jeep Wrangler sport. I’ve finally worn down the stock tires and want to make some modifications. It’s my extra vehicle so it doesn’t get driven very often (only 20 some K miles on it)

first question- spacers or lift? I want a little lift but I won’t be doing any off road (at least for awhile). Is one better than the other? Any cons to spacers?

second- I have a granite colored Jeep and I’m looking for wheels that are black. Any favorites?

third-I need new tires. What do you recommend?
