Please pardon the dumb question. … What’s the main difference between Willy’s sport vs Willy’s?

Not 100% sure about the brakes and shocks but here's a sales guy told me:

• Willys Sport: "Sport" model plus willys decal, mud tires, paint rubicon wheels, bigger brakes, rubicon shocks
• Willys: "Sport S" model plus willys decal, mud tires, paint rubicon wheels, bigger brakes, rubicon shocks

Yes we have confirmation. This is the detail listing for the AGB XTREME RECON package, regardless of trim. Some trims, like Rubicon, would delete and replace elements like the "Anti-Spin Differential" with lockers. But this is the default list.

Stock I got around 18-20 mixed. On 40s I'm getting 15-16 consistently.
